Designed for short-term rentals, this property has undergone a complete renovation. At the heart of the project is a row of Japanese-inspired bunk beds, custom-designed and crafted from oak veneer, which extends into a line of built-in storage. Each pod serves as a self-contained alcove: a TV, Bluetooth headphones, and individual lighting are concealed within, offering each guest their own private space. The rest of the apartment continues this pursuit of discreet comfort, featuring soft lighting, air conditioning integrated into the drop ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower and whirlpool tub. The layout is planned down to the millimeter, with every nook serving a specific purpose.
