Located in Old Paris, this 104 m² apartment dating from the early 20th century has been completely renovated to create a bright and inviting living space.
The kitchen, which was once at the back of the Haussmann-style apartment, now takes center stage in the design and opens onto the double living room, while each bedroom features its own private bathroom.
The renovation included the creation of a series of custom-made woodwork pieces. A bookcase, which showcases a work of art, discreetly conceals the television behind a sliding panel, while a walk-in closet finished in wood veneer completes the master suite. New dentil moldings, reminiscent of those in the building’s entrance, complement the original fireplace, which is adorned with a custom-made organic mirror.
The green granite coffee table and the marble and solid wood dining table were specifically designed and crafted for this project by PARSA Édition, thus completing the personalized selection of furniture and decorative accessories.
