This two-room apartment in the Latin Quarter was renovated with a focus on the layout of the living room and bedroom. The custom-made ash-veneer sideboard incorporates two lacquered metal shelves with soft, rounded corners. A built-in niche in the wall houses the television, creating the illusion of a painting. The wood of the headboard complements the sideboard and incorporates wall sconces and light switches in brushed finishes. Meanwhile, the suspended nightstands extend the sleeping area. The dark trim and baseboards create a continuous line throughout the apartment that highlights the transitions between spaces.
